Before choosing an area/group to farm, try seeing things from their perspective. Your potential clients are looking for more than just an agent, their looking for someone who’s generally concerned about their needs and well being. On average, people change home every 4-5 years, so you’re going to be locked into a very long commitment. Once you determine who you’re going to farm to, you need to determine your method of farming.

Loosing a lead is like loosing thousands of dollars in commissions. If you want to ensure that you are maximizing your lead conversion ratio, you need to properly follow your leads. To do so, you must learn to organize your leads, and act on them quickly.
